Our mediation services build from initial contact with one of the parties, growing to include additional parties to the dispute as such inclusion is agreed upon at each juncture. We use our skills to create the kind of connection among the parties involved in the conflict out of which mutually satisfactory resolutions arise. Before litigation, or even after litigation has commenced, we can help sort out priorities and choices which are consistent with your values and needs.

In legal dispute cases, the process is sometimes made more complex due to the presence of attorneys for each party. When attorneys have become involved, I work closely with them to facilitate favorable outcomes for all.  I often have pre-mediation sessions with the attorneys as well as with you, with the goal of working with your attorney to reach satisfactory resolutions through the NVC mediation process.
